Kelly Hoverd (me!)




Since my early 20s, I was no stranger to yo yo dieting & trying different fitness fads whilst trying to lose weight. I even had started training for a bodybuilding competition back in 2012! But I never competed as I only went half way. After becoming a mother of 2 beautiful kids, I was struggling even more. I just couldn't understand how on earth, some women managed to get their body back post pregnancy! I was at a point where I was just accepting whatever my life was & wouldn't even bother trying.

Fast forward to July 2023, I decided to compete in a bodybuilding competition (& to finish what I started in 2012!). I found myself a coach to help me with training & diet plan. I started going to the gym 5-6 times/week. Meal prep was the hardest! For the first 2-3 months, I only saw a slight change in my body & weight, not convinced that the plans were working. I wasn't sure if I was going to make it to the comp day. Luckily, I had supportive family, friends & coaches. They helped me to push through & to stay on track. I started seeing more changes, BIG changes, to my body!

April 2024 - Was the ICN event. It was nerve wracking! Even though I did not place, it was a great success. I had won against my doubts & my limiting beliefs. I now have a different mindset & the journey changed my perspective in life.
Miche
Miche is a mum of 2 young children, works full time, and manages her own business. When joining as a client in October 2024, Miche was keen to lose few kilos so she could fit into her festive dress. Miche does not have a gym membership but she has some fitness equipment at home. She also loves swimming and goes for light jogging few times a week. All those aspects were taken into account when I was creating her plan. With her commitment & dedication, Miche managed to fit into her dress by Christmas!






Kris
Kris has lost a total of 2.6kgs since started. She is aiming to lose another 3-4kg by March '25
