Cancellation Policy

Bookings are essential to reserve your spot due to limited class sizes. Please arrive on time so we can start and finish promptly (Many of our ladies have work or school runs!) If you can’t make to a class, please cancel as early as possible so someone on the waitlist can take your spot. Late cancellations or no-shows often can’t be filled, meaning members may miss out on a class. Therefore, a no-show or late cancellation (less than 6 hours) will result in your class/session being forfeited and a $20 fee will incur.
